Wolverine 1000 Mile refines workwear with its new Keystone Collection. The Fall ’16 collection—made to honor Wolverine’s founder G.A. Krause—offers two archival-inspired styles with elevated details such as 24-karat gold plated eyelets.
Keystone styles include the Addison wingtip boot and the classic Charles chukka boot, each crafted with Goodyear Welt construction and made with Wolverine’s exclusive Cambridge full-grain leather from the Horween Leather Company.
The Addison is available in Cordovan No. 8 with gold details. The Charles is offered in black with rhodium features. Just 300 pairs of each silhouette will be available. Each pair comes wrapped in limited-edition packaging with a certificate of authenticity and a hand-numbered tag.
“We pay homage in the Keystone Collection to the craftsmanship, quality and ingenuity that have been hallmarks of Wolverine since the beginning,” stated Roger Huard, Wolverine vice president of product development, in a press release. “We partnered with Horween Tannery to create Cambridge leather—a unique hundred percent veg-tanned leather that combines a rich grain with a supple feel. We detailed this luxurious leather with premium hardware and crafted them in two iconic patterns for a collection that nods to history but offers beautiful footwear for today.”
The Keystone Collection is available now at Wolverine1000mile.com, at the Wolverine Company Store in New York City and at select retailers.
