Branding in denim begins long before influencers and hashtag campaigns are rolled out across social media. It begins with trims.

From creative to classic, Munich Fabric Start presented the key themes for trims for Spring ’18. Following industry-wide trends, trim manufacturers introduced buttons, labels, zippers and other branding components that tap into the ongoing athleisure trend and demand for sustainable materials. Rose gold and copper added a touch of glamour to denim, while the category is still having fun with emoji-inspired pins and patches.
