Target is lending its voice to Kingpins Transformers, the seminar series focused on finding solutions to the denim industry’s biggest problems. The retailer has signed on to be the first-ever sponsor of Kingpins Transformers taking place in Amsterdam on April 21.
The upcoming session will focus on “The Cost of Sustainability.” Target will deliver the keynote and a panel of 10-12 industry experts will explore the cost of sustainability along the entire denim supply chain, from fiber to apparel. Kingpins will release a full list of speakers will be announced shortly.

Target reinforced its sustainability plan in November 2016 when it announced commitments in three important areas—improving worker well-being, achieving net-positive manufacturing and deriving key raw materials from ethical and sustainable sources—with an aim to make significant progress by 2020.
Kingpins Transformers will take place at Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek, from 9:30AM to 2:30PM.
