Natural indigo, upscale weaves and piece dye indigo were some of the elevated details mills incorporated into their Autumn/Winter 2017-2018 collections at Bluezone, Munich Fabric Start’s denim show.

The two-day show from Aug. 30-31 presented key trends for the season in detailed presentations spanning fabric to trims.

The “crafted work” theme paired artisanal details like Ikat effects and neps with heavy weights and chambray shirting. Winter white was factored in with pops of orange. Patches, rip-and-repair and distressed hems rounded out the story.
