Levi’s Orange Tab collection gets a reboot for Spring ’17 with vintage-inspired finishes on updated stretch fabrics and fits.

While the original Orange Tab collection debuted in 1969, during the height of the 1960s counterculture, today’s men’s line includes updates on the 510 Skinny and the new 505C, taking cues from the archival 60s and 70s Orange Tab fabric, but with added stretch for a modern take.

“Just as we’ve seen vintage 501s and 505s being the height of fashion, I see Orange Tab as being the next level of that,” said Jonathan Cheung, Levi’s senior VP of design. “Going to vintage dealers and watching the prices of vintage Orange Tab climb is a reflection of desirability.”

The women’s line updates the classic 517 Cropped Jean—a collector’s item, as well as a cropped version of the new 505C, a 721 Vintage High Rise and a denim-button down. The collection also boasts overalls and a vented skirt.

The collection is available in Levi’s stores and online.
