UBM Fashion aims to provide denim on demand with the launch of Blue@Intermezzo, a new platform dedicated to showcasing premium denim brands.

The space will be part of Intermezzo Collections in New York City May 7-9 at the Jacob Javits Center. Designed and curated around an open floor and located at the entrance of Intermezzo Collections, UBM touts BLUE as “a movement fueled by the spirit of denim, celebrating creativity, collaboration, and community.”

For the inaugural edition, BLUE will focus on heritage denim as a key trend.

“Retailers rely on Intermezzo Collections to circle back around after the larger shows and regional markets to sharpen their assortments, address of-the-moment trends and fill in their inventory to carry them through the rest of the season. BLUE@Intermezzo is the perfect opportunity for denim brands to distribute their replenishment inventory as well as pick up new business,” said Peter Berta, Accessorie Circuit/Intermezzo Collections director.

BLUE is part of re-energized and expanded NY Women’s May marketplace that includes Intermezzo Collections, Accessorie Circuit, Accessories the Show, Fame, Moda and Pool Tradeshow.
