New York City-based trade show, Intermezzo, debuted Blue@Intermezzo at the May 7-9 trade show held at the Jacob Javits Center. Blue, a concept area focused on women’s premium denim brands, offered buyers a chance to replenish and stock up for Fall ’17.

Metallics by DL1961
Premium denim brand DL1961 takes metallic denim to the next level with new metallic silver coatings. The brand adds a dash of newness to metallic skinny jeans and mini-skirts with a holiday-friendly, light reflecting print. DL1961 also plays with leather coatings, adding a luxury look to athletic joggers.

Embroidery by Mavi
Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, Mavi dives deep into embroidered denim. For Fall ’17, the brand is floating pink and white florals across the shoulders of jean jackets, jeans and dresses.

Sparkles by James Jeans
James Jeans preps for fall and holiday with sparkly coated denim. The shimmering finishes add a party look to skinny and high-stretch fabrics.

Vintage by Dusty Rose
Brooklyn-based vintage wholesale warehouse Dusty Rose highlighted one-of-a-kind denim gems. The company is a go-to for distressed denim, embroidered jeans and patchwork masterpieces.

Newness by Fake Believe
New brand, Fake Believe, is so new it’s website has yet to go live. The brand garnered buzz at the show for its unique sparkling embellishments.
